As the Director of Elias Hanna Family Lawyers, Elias Hanna is passionate about his work.
Following his admission as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1999, he went on to practise law in Sydney, London and Melbourne at a number of large and mid-tier firms. For the last 16 years, Elias has practised exclusively in Family and Relationship Law, having established and developed reputable practices in Sydney and Melbourne.
Along that journey, he attained extensive experience in all aspects of the Australian Family Law system, including complex financial and parenting matters. He has regularly appeared on behalf of his clients before the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
Elias draws enormous satisfaction from helping people achieve their rights, whether that be as much time as possible with their children, or as much of the divisible property pie as they are entitled to. His empathy for the predicament in which his clients find themselves is one of his greatest strengths, which he complements with his exemplary, refined communication skills.
